1. Who we are

AlwaysOnTime™ is provided by ROS Consultancy Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or service, you are entering into a contract with ROS Consultancy Ltd. If you are using the service on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AlwaysOnTime™, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. These terms apply whether you are a free visitor or a paying subscriber.

3. What we provide

AlwaysOnTime™ is a punctuality and reliability system. The free Punctuality Planner™ helps you calculate when to leave for a journey based on an arrival time, travel duration and buffer. Premium features include reliability tracking, preparation checklists, habit tracking and departure alerts.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve, or remove features from time to time.

4. Payments, subscriptions and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle in accordance with their Buyer Terms. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms as they apply to the processing of your order.

Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal or by contacting Paddle. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
