How to use AlwaysOnTime™

Step 1

Using the Punctuality Planner™

The planner is free forever and requires no account. It answers one question with certainty: what is the exact minute I should leave?

    Enter your journey

    Type where you're coming from and where you're going, then enter roughly how many minutes the travel takes. Add extra time for traffic or transfers if you like.

    Set your arrival time

    This is the moment you need to be there — the start of the meeting, the boarding gate, the reservation. Not when you'd like to arrive, but when you must.

  3. 03
    Choose your buffer

    How many minutes of calm do you want on arrival? Five minutes is polite. Ten to fifteen feels professional. Twenty is airport-grade peace.

    Read your departure time

    The planner shows the exact minute to leave and a live countdown. When it says leave, leave. That is the whole discipline.

Tip. Set the buffer once and trust it. Constantly negotiating with your own buffer is how people end up late.
